These terms govern your use of ArbiScan for Crypto for Android ("ArbiScan"), provided by DCMA Technology Limited ("we", "us"). By using ArbiScan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What ArbiScan provides
ArbiScan displays cryptocurrency market data, funding-rate comparisons and potential arbitrage opportunities derived from third-party exchange data. It is an informational scanner. It does not execute trades, hold funds, provide a wallet, connect to your exchange account or request exchange login credentials.
Data and calculations can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Displayed APRs are annualized estimates based on observations, not promised returns. An apparent spread may disappear or be unprofitable after fees, slippage, borrowing costs, liquidity limits or changes in funding rates. Historical results do not predict future results. Check timestamps and verify information independently.
2. Financial decisions and risk
The app does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Displaying an exchange, asset or opportunity is not a recommendation or endorsement. You make your own decisions about transactions outside ArbiScan. Cryptocurrency and leveraged trading involve substantial risk, including loss of the entire amount committed and, where applicable, additional liabilities. Arbitrage strategies can incur losses and are not risk-free.
3. Permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful personal use, subject to these terms and applicable Google Play terms. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms, or any consent required by applicable law. This clause does not replace the app's approved store age rating.
Do not interfere with the service, evade security or access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or use the service unlawfully. Do not copy or redistribute the app or its data beyond what applicable law or the relevant rights holder permits. Rights that cannot legally be restricted remain intact.
4. Free features and ArbiScan Pro
Free features are available without a paid subscription and may contain banner advertising. ArbiScan Pro unlocks the supported exchange coverage and scan windows described on the purchase screen and removes in-app banner ads. The purchase screen describes the current paid offering before you subscribe. No subscription guarantees uninterrupted data or profitable opportunities.
Pro is an automatically renewing monthly subscription purchased through Google Play. The approved US base price is US$3.99 per month; the actual local price, currency, applicable taxes and billing terms are shown by Google Play before purchase. Google Play processes payment using your Google Account. The subscription renews unless cancelled before the next renewal in Google Play. Any trial or introductory offer applies only if explicitly shown at checkout.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or at Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. After cancellation, access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period, unless a refund, revocation or applicable law provides otherwise.
Refund eligibility is subject to applicable consumer law and Google Play's refund policies. These terms do not exclude any refund or withdrawal rights required by law. Contact us for assistance with access or billing issues.
Use Restore purchases with the Google Account used to subscribe. Purchase verification may require an internet connection. Google Play and Apple purchases are managed separately; these terms do not promise cross-store transfer of a subscription. We use RevenueCat to help verify subscription access.
We may change subscription prices to reflect changes in service costs, taxes, third-party costs or the features offered. We will provide advance notice and obtain consent where required by Google Play rules or applicable law. You can cancel before a price change takes effect. A price change does not retroactively change a charge already made.
5. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, including purchase verification, optional analytics and advertising. Your use of Google Play and any third-party website you open is also subject to that provider's terms and policies. We do not control third-party exchanges, their availability or their data. An external link does not imply endorsement.
6. Ownership
The app and its original content belong to us or our licensors. Exchange names, logos and third-party data belong to their respective owners. These terms grant only the rights expressly stated and do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Availability, changes and suspension
Maintenance, exchange outages and technical problems may interrupt the service. We may update the app or change supported data sources. If a material change reduces a paid service, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and provide any cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Restrictions do not remove statutory consumer rights or automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; contact us for help and use Google Play subscription settings to stop future renewals.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and data are provided on an "as available" basis without a promise of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular trading strategy. We do not guarantee earnings or protection against market losses.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by independent trading decisions or failures of third-party exchanges. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, negligence or other matters where exclusion is prohibited, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies. Any limitation applies only where lawful.
9. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Changes do not remove rights arising before they take effect. If you do not agree to new terms, stop using the app and cancel any subscription through Google Play before its next renewal.

For support, subscription access or concerns about these terms, contact DCMA Technology Limited at support@dcma.app. Please provide the app version and a description of the issue; never send payment-card details, exchange passwords or private keys.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. This does not require you to waive access to courts, regulators or any dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
